Formulate with Ingredion’s fine grade erythritol to reduce sugar and calories in your food and beverage applications while maintaining a sweet, indulgent eating experience, similar to what sucrose would provide, but without all the calories and grams of sugar. 

ERYSTA® C100 erythritol helps you to reduce, eliminate or replace sugar in a wide range of applications, including baked goods, bakery fillings and icings, beverages, confectionery (non-chocolate), snack coatings, seasoning blends, oral care products and more.

Part of the polyol family, ERYSTA C100 erythritol is about 70% as sweet as sugar and provides a clean, sweet taste with a mouth cooling sensation, allowing food manufacturers and scientists like you to cut or reduce sugar on your product labels.  Erythritol adds just 0.2 calories per gram to your formulations, which also enables you to create lower-calorie products.
