Provides very good freeze/thaw stability and can withstand high temperature and shear food processing at a neutral or low pH.

NOVATION PRIMA® 609 organic functional corn starch 

Provides moderate freeze/thaw stability and can withstand moderate temperature and shear food processing at a neutral or low pH.

NOVATION® 9230 organic functional waxy corn starch 

Imparts a short, smooth texture when cooked and does not set to a gel when cooled. Ideal for high temperature and high shear, or low pH, food processing systems.

NOVATION® 9260 organic functional waxy corn starch 

Imparts a short, smooth texture when cooked that does not set to a gel upon cooling. Recommended for moderate temperature and shear food processing systems.

NOVATION® 9560 instant organic functional waxy corn starch 

Provides the properties of premium cold water swelling (CWS) starches, and readily disperses and yields a short texture, good sheen, clarity and smoothness.

NOVATION® 9330 organic functional tapioca starch 

Imparts a smooth, short texture and sets to a tender gel upon cooling. Recommended for high temperature and shear food processing systems, such as dairy applications. 

NOVATION® 9360 organic functional tapioca starch 

Imparts a smooth, short texture and sets to a tender gel upon cooling. Recommended for moderate temperature and shear food processing systems, such as pasteurized puddings, desserts, soups, sauces, ice cream and fruit preparations.

 

Organic native starches

PURITY® Bio 201 organic native corn starch 

Provides a smooth, short texture when hot, sets to an opaque gel when cooled and forms a strong gel after cooled in a cooked dispersion. Use in place of traditional native corn starch.

PURITY® Bio 301 organic native tapioca starch

Provides a smooth, short texture when hot, sets to an opaque gel when cooled and forms a strong gel after cooled in a cooked dispersion. Use in place of traditional native tapioca starch.

PURITY® Bio 805 organic n ative waxy rice starch 

Offers superior freeze/thaw stability, high viscosity, excellent water-holding capability, strong adhesion and binding properties. Use in place of traditional native waxy rice starch.
